Mental health is real.

Close friends are the family you choose and I have chosen well. This is a shout out to them. Thank you for your time, your love and your patience. You will always be rewarded with an abundance of my love, loyalty and Ghana jollof.

When it rains they sit outside in the rain with me,

Get wet and wait for the sun with me,

We dry off and they look at me,

With no judgements, just love,

Until I’m back to myself,

And we laugh.
